Customer service

At EKOI we are sure you will be delighted with your purchases, but we understand that you may wish to return an item. Outlined below is our returns policy.

Return Policy

We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried on for fit) and in their original condition (new and never used) with the original tags attached, along with a copy of the invoice. For hygiene reasons, underwear can not be returned. If you return goods as detailed, within 21 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid on the item. This credit will be issued upon receipt to your EKOI account. 

Returning packages will be at your expense. We recommend that you insure your returned. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our premises.

Defective Items

You can return items if they are defective and are under the terms of our warranty conditions.
We will only accept returns that have not been opened or used, if they are defective.  (Contact us at info@ekoi-america.com for information on how to return defective items).

Warranty

EKOI products are tested under extreme conditions and put to the test. Therefore all EKOI products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a one-year period from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing or materials defects, we will replace or repair without charge, at our discretion.

This warranty does not include product failures from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear. EKOI retains the right to define normal wear and tear circumstances.

EKOI will not repair or replace items that have clear physical stress, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment. For further warranty information, please email info@ekoi-america.com.

Please contact us info@ekoi-america.com for prompt warranty service. We will instruct you on how to proceed with the return for inspection. That products accepted for warranty must be clean.

If the product show a defect, EKOÏ will credit you for the shipping charges.
